All orders are shipped with Australia Post (unless otherwise stated). Australia Post estimates regular parcel service is estimated to take a minimum of 2 business days for metro and major cities and a minimum of 5 business days for country and rural areas*.

Express Post deliveries will continue to be prioritised as the fastest shipping option for customers, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there may be delays with deliveries.


Shortly after dispatching your order, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email. The email will contain an Australia Post tracking link. You’ll be able to view detailed shipping updates via the supplied link.

No problem. If no one is home to accept delivery of your order, our courier will leave a calling card so you can collect it from a nearby post office.

Can the postie leave the package at my door? Absolutely! Don’t forget to include any special delivery notes with your order before you check out.

Sorry peeps, we are unable to change/update the delivery address once the order has been lodged with Australia Post. Please contact Australia Post directly. If the order is returned to us we can arrange re-delivery but a re-delivery postage charge of $10.00 will apply.
