At Suds Slinger we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. However, just like oxidised beer, we understand that sometimes not everything goes to plan!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or believe that one of our products has an unsatisfactory default, the first thing to do is please get in touch with us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve any issues for you asap.
Products will be accepted for replacement or refund at our discretion. This policy does not apply to goods that are damaged, altered or broken after delivery or for change of mind or circumstances. This policy only applies to products bought online.
If the Product is determined to be free of any fault or defect, it will be returned to you and you will be required to pay any costs incurred in freight and testing.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
At the time of delivery, should the parcel show any evidence of damage, this must be noted when the Products are signed for or delivered and any damages photographed.
If you have received incorrect or broken items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the Products by email with accompanying photographs of the damage, or incorrect item and we will do our best to arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Suds Slinger can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Suds Slinger reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery services.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS
All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. We are not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR CHANGE OF MIND
Sorry peeps, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will replace the item within a reasonable time. If it can’t be repaired or replaced in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or an alternative replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase (eg. your tax invoice receipt).
PROCESSING REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If a refund or return is offered, it will only be credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of receipt at Suds Slinger. Hang tight, your funds will arrive soon.
